Developing machine learning-based smart audiometry
The aims of this study are:
- to develop a fully automated audiometer designed for independent patient use that can estimate hearing thresholds more rapidly than the traditional Hughson–Westlake procedure.
- to focus on optimizing the test's usability, feasibility, and clinical efficiency, with particular emphasis on meeting the needs of patients over 65 years of age.
